GENERAL

These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through the D Mc Photography website. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

DEFINITIONS

"Seller" refers to D Mc Photography. "Buyer" refers to any individual or entity that purchases a digital image from D Mc Photography. "Image" or "Digital Image" refers to any photograph, digital file, or visual content offered for sale through this website.

PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of purchase. D Mc Photography accepts the payment methods displayed at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any changes will not affect orders that have already been completed.

DELIVERY

Digital images will be made available for download immediately upon confirmed payment. Images are delivered in the file format and resolution specified on the product listing. It is the Buyer's responsibility to download and securely store purchased files. D Mc Photography is not obligated to provide re-downloads, though we may do so at our discretion.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued once a digital image has been downloaded. If you experience a technical issue with your download (such as a corrupted file), please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will provide a replacement file.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

Images are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. D Mc Photography does not guarantee that any image will meet the Buyer's specific requirements.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall D Mc Photography be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use any purchased image. D Mc Photography's total liability for any claim related to a purchased image shall not exceed the purchase price paid for that image.

MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

D Mc Photography reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Sale at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this website. Purchases completed prior to any changes remain governed by the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
